Polylactic Acid. Easy to print, biodegradable, low cost. Ideal for cosmetic prototypes but has low heat resistance.
Every part undergoes a rigorous 3-point inspection process before dispatch. We provide Certificate of Conformity (CoC) upon request.
For FDM, we recommend a minimum of 0.8mm (2 perimeters). For SLA and SLS, walls can be as thin as 0.5mm, though 1.0mm is recommended for structural integrity.
Yes. Standard service includes support removal and washing. Premium finishes include vapor smoothing (ABS/ASA), bead blasting, spray painting, and threaded insert installation.
Orders placed before 11:00 AM with RUSH priority enter production immediately. FDM parts often ship same-day. SLA/SLS typically requires 24 hours for washing and curing cycles.
For FDM and SLA, we recommend printing parts separately for best fit. SLS (Powder) allows for print-in-place moving assemblies with a minimum clearance of 0.3mm.
